Shipping policy

Delivery service :

Our orders are prepared in our warehouse in Boucherville and shipped by Canada Post or by one of our couriers.

We deliver in Quebec, the rest of Canada and and the rest of the world.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges. 

Delivery delay :

We make sure to deliver your order as soon as possible by post.

- For Quebec, the deadlines are 1 to 5 working days.

- For Canada, the deadlines are 3 to 9 working days.

- For the rest of the world, the deadlines are 2 to 3 working weeks, depending on the shipping option selected.

Due to COVID-19, allow additional delivery time.
